Construction of Zhongxiang Grand Bridge over the Hanjiang River Progresses Smoothly: People's Railway Daily
As one of the key control projects of the Yangtze River High Speed Railway, the Zhongxiang Grand Bridge over the Hanjiang River spans 547.5 meters in length, with a main span of 270 meters. The bridge crosses the Hanjiang River shipping channel in the form of a cable-stayed structure. Despite the challenges posed by complex geological conditions, seasonal floods and the sensitive nature of the waterway, the construction team has continuously advanced technological research and tackled various technical difficulties to ensure the smooth progress of the bridge's construction.
